Welcome to Noble Prestige Apartments. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our accommodations and services. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings and Payments
- Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Bookings can be made online through our website or via telephone.
- Payment Terms: A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and Paypal payment. Full payment must be completed before check-in.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in Time: 3:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless agreed upon in advance.
- Identification: Guests must provide valid identification (passport, driving license, or national ID) upon check-in.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully while staying at Noble Prestige Apartments. Any disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each apartment is stated in the booking confirmation. Exceeding the limit is not permitted and may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.
- Children and Minors: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Property Use
- Non-Smoking Policy: Noble Prestige Apartments operates a strict no-smoking policy in all rooms and shared areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Any repairs or replacements required due to damages will be charged to the guest.
- Cleanliness: Apartments should be kept in good condition throughout your stay. If excessive cleaning is required after your departure, an additional fee may be charged.
5. Amenities and Facilities
- Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed internet is available for all guests. However, Noble Prestige Apartments is not liable for any disruptions to the service.
- Kitchen Facilities: Guests have access to shared kitchen facilities. Please clean up after use to ensure the comfort of all guests.
- Laundry: Laundry facilities are available for guest use. Please follow the posted instructions and use responsibly.
- Parking: Limited parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Noble Prestige Apartments is not liable for any theft or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
6. Security and Safety
- Personal Belongings: Noble Prestige Apartments is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings. Please ensure that valuables are secured.
- Fire Safety: All guests are required to familiarize themselves with the fire safety procedures outlined in each apartment. Fire alarms are installed for your safety—tampering with fire equipment is prohibited and may result in eviction or legal action.
7. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for managing your reservation. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
Noble Prestige Apartments is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during your stay, nor are we responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. By staying at our property, you agree to release Noble Prestige Apartments from any legal liability related to your stay.
9. Force Majeure
Noble Prestige Apartments shall not be held liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Amendments
Noble Prestige Apartments reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be informed of any significant changes that affect their stay.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from your stay will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
